These terms govern your use of the websites and apps of Mary Banks Ministries (Mary Banks Global Training, the Mary Banks Faith Library, the Bible Teacher app, and the Mary Banks ID sign-in service) and of Bible Teachers International, Inc. (BibleTeachers.com and the Bible Teachers International church websites), a separate legal entity in spiritual relationship with Mary Banks Ministries. Your agreement is with whichever organization operates the site you are using. By using them you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.
One Mary Banks ID signs you in to all of our sites. Keep your sign-in details private and tell us if you think someone else is using your account. You are responsible for what happens under it. You must be at least 13 to hold an account, and every sign-up asks you to confirm this; under 18 you need a parent or guardian's permission. A parent or guardian may hold the account for a younger child.
Course access is granted to you personally and may not be shared or resold. Growth Paths, evaluations, and Mary's recommendations are guidance for your formation; the choice of path is yours. Certificates are issued after human review when a path's requirements are met and may be withdrawn if they were obtained by dishonesty. Course content is teaching, not professional counseling, medical, legal or financial advice.
Prices are shown before you buy. Digital books may be read free on the Faith Library; downloads are sold for your personal use and may not be redistributed. Subscriptions renew until cancelled; you can cancel any time from your account and keep access until the end of the paid period. Because digital content is delivered immediately, purchases are not refundable except where the law requires or where the content could not be delivered — write to us and we will make it right.
Mary is an AI assistant that helps you find your way around our sites and teaching. She can be wrong. Scripture and the published teaching of the ministry take precedence over anything she says. Do not rely on Mary for emergencies, medical, legal or financial decisions. Do not use Mary to generate content that is unlawful, harmful, or that impersonates the ministry.
In forums, live sessions, messages and church sites: be truthful, kind and respectful; no harassment, hate, threats, sexual content, spam, or unauthorized commercial promotion; do not share other people's personal information. We may remove content and suspend accounts that break these rules.
The teaching, books, videos, course materials, names and logos on our sites belong to Mary Banks Ministries or its licensors. You may use them for your personal study and ministry. You may not copy, sell, republish or create derivative works from them without written permission, except for brief quotations with attribution. Scripture quotations are from public-domain translations noted in the material.
You keep ownership of what you post or write. You give us permission to store, display and use it to run the sites and, for forum posts and testimonies, to show it to other users as the site intends. Mentors and staff may read your course submissions to guide you.
Do not attempt to break into, overload, scrape, or interfere with our sites or other users' accounts; do not use automated tools to create accounts or send messages; do not upload malicious code.
We may change or discontinue features, and we may update these terms by posting a new version with a new date; continued use means you accept it. You may delete your account at any time from your profile or from the Mary chat. We may suspend or end access for violation of these terms.
Our sites are provided "as is". To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim warranties of any kind and are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. We will try to resolve any dispute with you informally first; write to info@mbmonline.global.
